Jim Proctor - Broker. I was born here in Lake Lure. I have had a Real estate license since 1983 and enjoy all aspects of real estate sales. I have an extensive background in land surveying and property development. For over a century my family has welcomed guest into the beautiful Hickory Nut Gorge. My great great great granddad, Judge G. W. Logan, owned and operated the first stage coach stop in the gorge.
